What does AOL and Yahoo have in common?

Do you know the latest thing that aol.om and yahoo.com have in common?

Its their homepage design.

AOL recently redesigned their homepage and now the new homepage seems to be blatant ripoff of yahoo’s homepage.

I don’t understand how a big company like AOL, a company with 16000 employees can be so careless about their design ?
